Yum yum! In Barcelona there was a small restaurant in the old Jewish quarter where they made hot sarnies – pita bread, stuffed with cheese and olive pate. Delish!
I’m guessing you like your dairy fix more than I do, but I can imagine it would be good. A bit like I suggested using with the mushroom paté.
But these are such easy things to knock together, inexpensive, extremely healthy, and very tasty. I’ll spend hours cooking curries, but I’ll spend a few minutes whizzing something like this together.

Even you couldn’t eat all the olives in the time it takes to make this pâté. It is a mega fast recipe.
